How do I give a member permission to add articles?

As a member in good standing at the study hall, you may be granted the priviledge of submitting articles to the study hall. Using the contact manager, send the system administrator an email telling us about the articles or tutorials you would like to be submitting. From the user manager, you would be upgraded to the status of author or editor. You will be moderated for the first several articles, but may when you have proven yourself, be taken off moderation.
