September eBook Project - Designing the Personal CMS
Using Joomla to keep track of all the bits and pieces of information we have to keep track of is quick and easy by installing WAMP on your PC then installing Joomla. The eBook will conver everything there is to know about using Joomla for this purpose. The eBook should be ready for publication and promotion on or about October 15.
August eBook Project - Promotion, Getting The Word Out
Over the last several months, we have been spending Thursday evenings talking about promotion, the strategies and tools that are best used to get the word out. The eBook project for this month is written from these many conferences. The eBook has been released as of the 15th of September. It is available to all of our members once logged into the Lab. There are graphics and links available to promote and give away this eBook to build your lists as well as to increase attendance to the conferences.
July eBook project - The Fundamentals of Organization
The Fundamentals of Organization was completed on time and is available as one of our $7.00 specials.
This is the final week of July, the eBook is on schedule to complete by the end of the month and should be ready to release on or before the 10th of August. We need to brainstorm a subject for August.
7/19/11 We installed a Zen Cart to the Niche-Lab Library. It is going to take a bit of doing, but it should solve the problem of products to sell and have the protected downloads. We have tried a good many applications that will function as we want it to.

7-10-2011 The Leadership eBook is complete and ready for download at www.winningwaysecrets.com Leadership and building teams is a skill that is acquired. This eBook explores the subject of creating teams of individual networkers getting them to work together even at great distances.
06-04-2011 The subject for the month is Leadership.

Taking Pictures - The eBook is not so much about photography as it is about taking pictures and taking care of them. This eBook will be released in June.
The study hall has been established. The study hall replaced the Inner Circle blog. There are at this time three groups in the study hall
1) guests and visitors, can read about our membership programs and Associate sites. It is an open invitation to join us at the Lab, at Winning Way Secrets, in the Ideal Network, or to learn from Ed at Crazy Ed's Design.
2) The Registered Group. This is an invitation to join one of the Associates sites, then to be able to register in the study hall. Tutorials are coming about as a result of questions from our members so they have someplace to come back to for the answers. and
3) The premium group these are the paid members of our Associated Membership. These are business builders and those friends and associates working to build their own business online.

The Many Faces Of Design To be released as a campaign project May 15. This eBook will be available as a $7.00 special until June 10. Based on the statement "there is more than one way to skin a cat", it is an overview of the many ways that web sites can be created. The end product for the use is the same, the way the designer goes about doing the same thing might be quite different.

We started a project with Darlene S and the Ideal Network. This is a massive project using Joomla. The model was called cagora.com. It is meant to be a system to bring the world together under an unbrella with folks building in their local communities groups of businesses looking toward the building of an Ideal World.

Simple Graphics eBook Written and contrubuted by founder CWinslow - this ebook is all about using PaintNet to create simple graphics. It is also a primer in manipulating photos.
