There is much to learn when working on the Internet. As an association of independent agents, we have gathered together to offer the best in resources and tips on just how to use them.

You will only ever be as good as the tools you use.

We chose a Joomla platform for this project for a few reasons:

1. A simple help desk with ticket system doesn't save enough information and is open only to the one person asking the question.
2. When one gets many articles on a blog, they can be difficult to find
3. Forums seem to be a playground for hackers
4. We wanted to be able to let all of our associates add questions and answers
5. A Joomla platform also allows for public and private content

Yes, it is another thing to sign up to access, but this is a minor inconvenience to acquire answers that are complete and with tutorials that will help you through a difficulty.
