The Seven Actions
These actions must be done every day if you are to succeed in business- Any business.
1. Work you business every day, even if it is only 30 minutes. A good rule of thumb “Part-time means a part of each day!” Set aside the time to work your business. It takes a special person to work a business from home. There are many distractions to getting the job done. It takes commitment to work a business from home while you are working another job, your
time is valuable use it wisely.
2. Talk to new people every day. Add to your prospect list. This is something you will be doing as a major part of your business. Yes, it is possible to acquire “walk away residual income” but it is not something that is going to happen over night. I recommend that you talk to enough people every day that you are adding no less than two people to your database. 2 X

365 = 730 affiliates in a year.
3. Become a product of the products. Learn something new about your products by using them. How can you expect anyone to use products and services you don’t use yourself? How can you recommend a product or service that you don’t have first hand knowledge of?
4. Learn something new every day. The more you learn, the better your skills will become. You were not born knowing how to tie a shoe, or how to drive a car. These are skills you had to learn. You can learn what it takes to run a business if you can follow directions.
5. Stay in the loop. Communicate daily with both your upline and downline. Use the tools of the trade.
6. Set higher goals. Force yourself to stretch. Reach for the stars. Dare to dream taking the time to actually put yourself in the picture.
7. Take care of yourself. If you are to have the energy stamina, appearance, and qualities of a winner, you have to feel like a winner.
There are hundreds of ways to do these seven actions.. Each is as different as you are. The important thing is that they are done. You will also find as you learn, the numbers of ways that you do these seven will also improve.
Click on any point and in the center of the success circle. This is not light reading. This is invaluable training. On most web sites, you will find this kind of information behind closed doors in password protected pages. Because this information is generic in nature and can be used by anyone that wants to build a business on the internet, I have published it here FREE for the taking. If you find the information useful, please let me know. As a member of Win Associates, you will receive a special mailing available to our members only.
May I suggest that you purchase a 3 ring binder and a set of index dividers. You will need 8. Label your index with the following: Yes, you will be saving this information on your hard disk, Yes, you will be backing up the information onto floppies, but there is still nothing that beats the printed hard copy manual.
Throughout the pages of your binder, you will be able to work your business and keep track of your actions quickly and easily.
The HOW-TO is something we review by phone and on IM. The mentoring program is available to our members only. Action Plans are one-on-one and the heart of the mentoring program!
What is an Action Plan
With the Winning Way, an action plan is a step by step blueprint that will take you from where you are to where you want to be. In order to write an action plan one must be able to think backwards. It is starting from the end!
How to write an Action Plan
- Begin by writing a clear and concise description of what you want.
- Establish when you want the project completed
- Write step by step actions to take
- Develop a list of resources from each of the action steps
- Determine what finance the project will incur
- Reevaluate the steps to ensure nothing is missing
Types of Goals - Represented by TIME
- Lifetime
- Five Year or Ten Year goals
- This Year’s goals
- This Month’s goals
- This Week’s goals
- Today’s Action plan
Types of Goals - Represented by VALUES
- What do you want for your family? This would include lifestyle and how you want to spend time with them. Mom’s, would you really rather be home with the children?
- Where do you want to live? What kind of home?
- Would you like a new car every year, or is this really important to you?
- What about your education or that of your growing family? Is it important to complete your Masters, or Doctorate? Is it important to see that each of your children go to college?
- What about your spiritual life? Do you have special charities you like to support?
- What about yourself? How do you like to dress? What about your appearance?
- What about your business? What is is going to take to bring into fruition your mission statement?
- What about your affiliations? What part of your overall goals does each affiliation play?
Types of Plans to Achieve your Goal
- The goal - This is of course the WHAT defined by TIME
- Projects - projects will achieve a part of a goal. They usually take no more than 30 days to complete.
- To-do's - are nothing more than action steps taken from an overall goal
Because your goals are very personal and as different as you are each plan must be written just for you.
If there is any one thing that sets us apart this is it, no one else that I know on the Internet interacts with YOU as much as we do. It may sound corny, but nothing makes me happier that to see someone set a goal and then achieve it.
