By signing a WinAssoc.com Affiliate Account, you are agreeing to the terms specified in this agreement. Violation of any restrictions included here may result in cancellation of your account, and possible forfeit of affiliate revenue.

Acceptable Advertising Methods

As a WinAssoc.com affiliate, you earn revenue by generating sales of Consultant Course programs. You generate these by encouraging web users to use one or more services offered by the Associates. You may advertise services via:

Text Links or endorsements on your own website(s) and personal e-mail

You MUST NOT advertise any WinAssoc.com URL, or use the WinAssoc.com name, or within any e-mail sent unsolicited to users or in postings to News Groups or Mailing List. SPAMMING IS NOT ALLOWED. You are advertising your OWN business not ours.

Pornographic sites, or other sites deemed inappropriate may have their affiliate accounts terminated at any time. I do not teach anyone how to break the law! The internet is not the place to promote porno or hate sites. Because there are open lines and children on the web, one of our jobs is to help clean up and get rid of the garbage.

Getting Paid

Affiliates and Associates are paid a commission, based on the value of services sold and for each sale generated. While you are in training, the sales you make of WinAssoc qualified services (see www.cwinsonline.com) you will earn commissions for the design work we do, then as you show competence in your work, you will keep 100% of the profits from the work you do. 

Classes you teach: Workbooks for your students are yours from WinAssoc. You get complete Private Label Rights to the workbooks and worksheets so you can deliver all of our courses in your community.

Once you have become qualified as an Internet Business Consultant and Associate of Win Associates, you could retain 100% of the earned commissions from your own personal sales.  If you choose to duplicate the model in your business you could also continue to earn commissions based on the sales from your organization. IF at anytime you decide that this business is not what you were looking for, Win Associates will pay you for any members you will no longer be servicing.

You also have the option of becoming a member of any one or all of the Affiliate Programs as recommended by the Associates. By offering complementary services you can earn multiple streams of income. Income is outlined in each of the programs

Non-Qualified Orders

Orders placed by an affiliate for themselves do not qualify for commission.

Since we are a cash only business, products or services are not delivered until the check or credit card clear. We hate to be strict on this, but with the amount of credit card fraud on the internet we must enforce this option. We pay through PayPal so one of the first things you must do is to open a paypal account. This is also FREE to do.

WinAssoc.com will be responsible for tracking sales of products along with the Affiliate generating those sales. WinAssoc.com takes no responsibility for the quality or safety of any software product distributed via our site, and affiliate partners are encouraged to test for themselves a product thoroughly before recommending it to others.

All of our products carry a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. Products or services that are downloaded from the Internet, if they are preceded by a demo version are considered to have already proven their worth, no refund is offered on these products.
